Forward Slope has an open position for a full-time Program Manager to join our Global Security and Engineering Solutions Team. This position is located in San Diego, CA.


Required Qualifications:

  • Fifteen (15) years of specialized Program Management experience with United States Navy (USN) or comparable Department of Defense (DoD) agencies
  • Ten (10) years of experience with management of large-scale DoD Command, Control, Communications, and Computers (C4) programs (part of 15 years of experience)
  • Six (6) years of experience with Foreign Military Sales (FMS)/International programs or comparable international efforts (part of 15 years of experience)
  • Five (5) years’ experience of managing Naval Integrated Logistics Support (ILS)
  • Master’s degree from an accredited college or university, or a bachelor’s degree with four (4) year’s of additional relevant work experience
  • Frequent extended travel to Taiwan may be required

Desired Qualifications:

  • Syun An / Po Sheng Program experience is highly desired

Other Requirements:

  • Must have a current and active Secret security clearance

*Salary Range:  100,000 - $170,000
