Forward Slope, Inc. has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Corporate Administrative Assistant to join our dynamic team.

This position requires the employee to be onsite Monday through Friday (8:30am to 5:00pm) in our San Diego office (Mission Valley area).

Job Description:

This position provides administrative support to Forward Slope corporate personnel and team members to ensure efficient operations throughout the company. The candidate for this position will be responsible for the following administrative functions:

  • Provide general administrative support to the corporate office and support operations across multiple teams.
  • Serve as the front desk point of contact, greet and assists visitors and callers, including managing the company’s visitor log and conference rooms.
  • Collaborate closely with the Facility Security Officer (FSO) in managing physical security processes and protocols, including access and visitor control, visit requests, security documentation and use of systems such as DISS and NBIS.
  • Support local and remote corporate facilities and coordinate space and office organization.
  • Manage office supplies and other office related procurement as needed.
  • Assist with corporate events planning and execution.
  • Scan, file, and manage documents and maintain records and databases.
  • Sort and distribute daily mail and packages and assist with other corporate logistics.
  • Coordinate onsite and offsite meetings and provide scheduling assistance as needed.
  • Manage facilities needs and coordinate with property managers.
  • Additional administrative tasks may be assigned as needed.

The ideal candidate will be performing their tasks with a high degree of independence, professionalism, initiative, and effectiveness exercising judgment and attention to detail.

Required Qualifications

  • Have an Active Secret Security Clearance or be able to obtain one.
  • Three (3) years of experience in all aspects of corporate, executive and administrative support, and office management.
  • Ability to prioritize and work in a fast-paced environment with multi-tasking skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • Strong Microsoft Office experience including Teams, SharePoint, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
  • Excellent attention to detail and written and oral communication skills.
  • Excellent analytical skills.
  • Professional, friendly and customer service oriented.
  • High School Diploma or GED.

Desired Qualifications

  • Experience in the DoD industry.
  • Familiarity with government/NISP security programs and physical/personnel security.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field is preferred.

Hourly Range: $22.00 to $24.00 per hour (DOE).
