Forward Slope has an opening for a Software Engineer Intern to join our team. This position is located in San Diego, CA.

Job Description:
Forward Slope is looking for currently enrolled students with an interest in enterprise development. This part-time internship will introduce you to a full stack Microsoft .NET system that touches all aspects of the web application, including the database, services tier, and front end user interface. Successful internships often lead to full-time employment.

Required Qualifications:

• Currently enrolled in a computer science, engineering, or related program
• Experience/coursework with an object-oriented language such as Java, C#, etc.
• Good work ethic and willingness to learn

Desired Qualifications:

• Experience with JavaScript, HTML, and CSS
• Experience with a JavaScript framework such as AngularJS, React, etc.
• Experience with web technologies (SOA, REST, HTTP)
• Experience with relational databases
• Familiarity with Visual Studio or ASP.NET

Other Requirements:

• Candidate must be able to obtain and maintain a Security Clearance at the Secret level
