Forward Slope currently has an opening for a Jr. Software Engineer to join our team. This position is located in San Diego, CA.

Job Description:

The Jr. Software Engineer will perform testing, scans, troubleshooting and update security patch compliance. This position is responsible for performing Software Maintenance for the Government customer including but not limited to the following: integration and testing, scans, security testing, operational testing, maintenance, upgrading of software and software documentation. The position is located in San Diego, CA.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering OR equivalent experience plus some college/technical education.
• CompTIA Security+ preferred and IAT Level 1 certification (CompTIA A+ acceptable).
• Must possess a current and active Secret clearance.
